Day 1 – the eternal plain

Today started with a good sunrise over the scrub, after which began the race for fuel. At 400km a tank we do not have much leeway. A few Technical dramas needed solving before we could continue but In the end everything worked out.

The whole day was massive, massive vistas, massive flat, massive blue and of course eventually clouds. Tried some speed adjustments along the way to give a more impressive view of some of the plains we dropped down into.

Had a few quirky things today, like the racist rubbish bin of truth, which has been posted to YouTube.

Now.. To the coast for sunrise with a sleep along the way.
